Recruiters are members of your organization who will have full access to the Talent Network. Recruiters can log in to browse talent profiles, download CVs, and request to chat with candidates in the Talent Network.

The talent network is 100% free for all job seekers!
As a job seeker, you have full free access to the Talent Network. Simply create your profile and add in your skills, experience, and location to increase your visibility with recruiters.

Here's how to get started:
  1. Sign up through the link below
  2. Build your profile (upload your CV and enter your skills, experience, and location)
Through your profile, you'll automatically be entered into the talent pool. Apply to jobs directly and manage your applications, and hear directly from interested recruiters.

Please note: For onboard vessel positions, candidates must be Canadian citizens, permanent residents, or have a Canadian endorsement attesting the recognition of a foreign certificate through a reciprocal arrangement.
