The Canadian Marine Careers Foundation partners with Bridgemans Services Group
June 10, 2025
Vancouver-based Bridgemans Services Group has officially joined the Canadian Marine Careers Foundation’s growing network of partners contributing to its nationwide mission to address workforce development challenges and labour shortages in the marine sector.

Bridgemans is a provider of floating workforce accommodations (floatels) and related marine services to large resource and infrastructure projects through its three integrated divisions – Floatels, Marine Services, and Marine Construction. Their specialized fleet of vessels are deployed on coastal and offshore projects in regions around the world.

"Bridgemans strongly believes that by partnering with the CMCF and its members — including private sector employers, unions, educational institutions, and key Canadian public sector partners in the industry — we not only strengthen our collective ability to promote this rich and vital sector, but also, through our diverse and globally acquired experiences, contribute meaningfully to advancing conversations around skills development for Canada’s maritime professionals. This collaboration enables us to showcase our capabilities both globally and domestically through Canada’s economic and infrastructure initiatives." — Rhys Del Rosario, Director, Human Resources, Bridgemans

"Bridgemans brings a wide range of experience to the table, touching many parts of the marine sector through their floatels, vessel operations, and infrastructure projects," says Julia Fields, Executive Director of the Canadian Marine Careers Foundation. "Their perspective will be a valuable addition to our network as we continue building stronger and more accessible pathways into marine careers across the country."
